This document is a criminal appeal by Lokmanya Tilak, alleged for exciting disaffection in the minds of people againts the government of British India through his newspaper articles of Kesari and Mahratta. Lokmanya also states various reasons mentioning the acts of Ceasor and Napolean. The articles he wrote described the coronation of Shivaji Maharaj, his killing of Afzal Khan and his righteous claim to fight for the independece of his land.
